We had a real treat when Mrs Bullen visited Oak Class this week. She demonstrated ‘smelting silver’ to the children and the lesson was definitely full of awe and wonder. This linked in beautifully with our ‘Changing Materials’ topic and I hope you all managed to understand the relevance of science in our everyday lives.
